These sessions are designed for deeper individualized support and allow us to work more specifically with your nervous system, energetic body, tension patterns, emotional stress, and chronic holding patterns.

Group Spinal Energetics Experience
Join me from 6:30–8:00 PM for a transformative group Spinal Energetics experience.
Spinal Energetics is a dynamic healing modality that works with the nervous system and energetic body to help release stored stress, tension, emotional overwhelm, and old survival patterns held within the body.
In this group setting, you’ll be guided into deeper connection with your body’s innate intelligence while receiving hands-on facilitation in a supportive shared environment. Many people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, emotionally clear, and deeply connected to themselves.
