Held at Studio Luna Jade during off-hours. These sessions offer a more intimate, customized experience for small groups looking to share this work together in a private setting.

Private Group Sessions (4–6 people)
Also hosted at Studio Luna Jade, this option is ideal for friend groups or small private gatherings who want to experience Spinal Energetics together in a supportive group container.

Not at all. Private and semi-private sessions are open to all levels, including those who are completely new to Spinal Energetics or nervous system work. Each experience is guided with care, and you’re always invited to move at a pace that feels safe for your body.

A small pillow or eye pillow

Session length varies depending on group size and format. Semi-private and private group sessions typically range from 60–90 minutes. Offsite private events may be longer depending on the experience you’re hosting. Specific timing will be confirmed during booking.

Yes. Offsite private events can be hosted at your home, workplace, or chosen venue, as long as there is adequate space for the group to rest comfortably. I’ll share space requirements during the booking process.

Spinal Energetics is a gentle, non-invasive somatic practice. That said, this work is not a replacement for medical or mental health care. If you or anyone in your group has medical concerns, recent injuries, or is pregnant, please share that in your inquiry so I can help determine what’s appropriate for your group.

Experiences vary from person to person. Some people feel deep relaxation or calm, others notice emotional release, physical sensations, or a sense of clarity. There’s no “right” way to experience a session — each body responds in its own way and time.

Private events are subject to availability and off-hours scheduling, especially for studio-based sessions. I recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks in advance when possible, particularly for weekends or larger offsite gatherings.
