This non-riding approach offers a powerful path to self-awareness and self-care. Through hands-on activities like leading, grooming, or simply observing the horses, participants are able to see their inner thoughts, emotions, and behaviors mirrored back to them. Horses, as highly sensitive and non-judgmental beings, respond directly to human energy and body language — offering immediate feedback that helps deepen trust, connection, and emotional clarity.

✨ Equine Assisted Spinal Energetics with Cameryn Tierno

Spinal Energetics is a gentle, somatic practice that helps the body release stored tension and return to its natural state of balance. Rather than “doing something” to you, the practitioner facilitates your own system in unwinding what it’s ready to let go of — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. With subtle touch and energetic awareness, the body is supported in moving through stress patterns and reconnecting to its innate ability to heal.

In the presence of horses, this experience deepens even further. Their grounding energy and attunement to the nervous system amplify the process, helping you feel more regulated, embodied, and connected to yourself.
