Three months of consistent, hands-on nervous system work with Cameryn, so the shifts you feel in a session have time to settle in and last.
Why three months?
Nervous system work takes time. A single session can be really helpful, and it’s often where people first feel what’s possible. But it takes time for your system to come back to regulation and stay there.
The clients who’ve had the biggest shifts with me are the ones who committed to a package and showed up consistently, even when we worked over Zoom. That dedication and consistency is what made the difference, and it’s what this container is built around.
Everything that’s included:
Weekly Spinal Energetics Calls ($1,485 value)
Three live one-on-one sessions with me each month, for three months. That’s nine sessions in total, and each one is recorded so you can come back to it.
Integration Week + Monthly Group Call ($165 value)
The fourth week of each month is an integration week, a chance to let everything you’ve been working on settle. It’s also when I host a group Spinal Energetics call, included with your immersive. Who joins varies, but it may be other immersive members and a few drop-ins from the wider community.
Text Support, Monday through Friday ($450 value)
You can text me when something comes up, so you’re not waiting for your next session to get support.
Meditation + Breathwork Library ($97 value)
Meditations and breathwork practices you can use between sessions to keep building on the work.
Nervous System 101 Training ($97 value)
A foundation for understanding how your nervous system works and why your body responds the way it does, so the rest of the work makes more sense.

If there’s something specific you want to work through, I’ll create a meditation just for you.
